Ranma wakes up in pain and female in a strange hospital and she cant change back. She fights off the hospital staff in her much younger body until the Hokage arrives to deal with her. After explanations she learns she is in the land of fire in another dimension and until her ki paths are healed she is stuck as a girl. She decides to make a fresh start and asks the Hokage to lock her curse as she relives her childhood properly.
